Food Shortages Update - Farmers Planting Into Dust - Mississippi River To Remain Low All Winter

Food shortages will persist and expand in 2023. The Mississippi river will remain low, hindering barge traffic north and south. In Kansas, the top wheat producing state the extreme drought is causing some farmers to plant into dust and "hope" for moisture. Huge dust storms might occur if the wheat does not emerge.
