RAAF: 19 SUSPICIOUS FLIGHTS (CLOUD SEEDING?)

Once again during significant rain events, aircraft from the Australian military have been flying what I consider unusual and suspicious flight paths. Are these merely some form of exercise/training or are they undertaking a large cloud seeding operation? In any case I think the question needs to be asked.
