Southeast Wisconsin weather: Rain tapers off by sunrise, highs in the 50s Wednesday

We dry out tomorrow and the rest of the week looks sunny. Temperatures will be on the cooler side the next couple days but warming nicely into the weekend. The Halloween weekend forecast is shaping up very nicely.
