Sexual fitness can become a super power. Even if you are abstinent. Actually, that way is better. But, if you are active, you can claim an incredible degree of control and satisfaction than you every knew possible. Nevermind powering your lustful satisfaction, what about the rest of your life, health, mind state, spiritual evolution? This is my intent for the video, spiritual evolution. However, when you attain that, the rest falls into place anyway. In this video, I show and talk about sex exercises that stregnthen sex glands. I explain the internal effects beyond sex that refines and strengthen the body in a way that give you power and deep strength from teh inside out. Although, I just talk about the woman exercise and show tools, I give a live demo to the male version, explaining all the steps. It doesn't end there, I explain and show how to take that generated energy and transform it into the energy aura of the body (Jing energy transformed into Chi). This is a 2 part video.
