Gluten Free Gougeres with Pimiento Goat Cheese | Chef Terry

A viewer was looking back on my older videos and asked if I could make my Gougeres recipe Gluten Free. I looked into this. I was thinking I would have to break out the chemistry set and found a straight substitution of Oat Flour worked best. I would recommend a strong flavored cheese in these. I used the traditional Gruyere.

Ingredients
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Water
4 oz Butter (1 stick)
4 Eggs
Pinch of Salt
1 cup Oat Flour
4 oz Gruyere (any smooth melting low moisture cheese can be used)
