What Is The First Thing We Bought For The New 45 Acre Farm?
There is plenty we are going to need to do and lot's of equipment we are going to need, eventually. The first thing we needed to get asap however was a mower that could handle how much mowing we are going to have to do! We looked at riding mowers and Zero Turns, for a lot of mowing, Zero Turns are more popular and are supposed to do a better job as well as faster.
We decided to go with the Cub Cadet ZT1 50, it has a 50'" cutting deck and the local dealer we bought it from was a couple hundred dollars less then the big box store price. They also delivered it for free!
So far we have only cut about 6 acres with it but wow, it cuts fast and is really easy to drive, it's fun too!
