Vegetable Oils? Technically these heavily refined/processed oils are created from seeds through oxidation (heating). These oils then are put on shelves for the consumer to go buy and oxidize this oil AGAIN through cooking. Saying butter is harmful to health but it is better to use a deodorized, cheap, and oxidized seed oil! You lost me there!
