30 Second Meditation

Meditation is a great way to release those heavy thoughts that keep on weighing us down. When you do not have extra time in the morning, resort to a 30-second meditation.

Of course, it isn't as good as your normal 20-minute meditation but sometimes done is better than perfect. Just taking 30 seconds can get you in the right mind space to quiet the mind and bring on focus and intention during your day.
