Dr. Siouxsie Wiles: Back Again, Telling You How to Live Your Life

Dr. Siouxsie says:

1) Wear a mask (the best ones "have letters and numbers after them.")

2) Use a carbon dioxide monitor to check how well ventilated your space is.

3) Do a rapid antigen test before you socialise. Make sure you do it properly (to increase your chances of testing positive). If you do test positive, self isolate for seven days. Test yourself again after seven days as there's a chance you’re still infectious. If you are, continue to stay at home

4) Monitor what the "virus is like” in your area by checking the wastewater.
