HMS Trent at Gibraltar; A look on Deck and in The Bridge

The HMS Trent is currently deployed in the Mediterranean and we at port at Gibraltar, Saturday 23 July, 2022 with an open viewing for the public. It was so awesome to get aboard the HMS Trent and explore the deck and the bridge. The crew of this vessel were polite, friendly, and welcoming. If you get the chance to tour the HMS Trent I highly recommend the experience.

The tour of the HMS Trent was free. You have to provide identification to enter the naval port and go in to see the ship. The tour included walking around the deck of the ship, entering the bridge, and interacting at several stations with the Royal Navy Crew.

The ship is massive, and I imagine seeing the deck is just a tiny part of how much it extends under the water. Here are some quick facts about HMS Trent:
HMS Trent is 90 meters long and 15 meters wide
HMS Trent displaces 1,800 tonnes of water
HMS Trent has a range of 5,000 nautical miles.

Once again thank you to the Royal Navy for such an awesome experience on board The HMS Trent at Gibraltar. This video is dedicated to all her crew, past, present and future.
