Episode 1 - Origins and Journeys

This is the first of what we expect to be many episodes of the Origins and Journeys series. We are excited to get this one out to tell first, our stories of how we got into the contact center and customer experience space and secondarily get your feedback. In the end we want to make sure we bring valuable content to the industry and look forward to hearing about what you think.

We also wanted to supply content that has value beyond just the amazing people and stories within the contact center & CX space. So, after our initial origin stories we dive into the impacts we believe that the contact center industry can expect based on the current macro-economic downturn.
