Ukrainians near Russian border prepare for winter

Servicemen from the Ukrainian National Guard prepared for the winter on the frontlines in the Kharkiv region on Monday (October 24). Lieutenant Colonel Yurii Svistun said city authorities organized a programme to install modular trenches there.
