DOJ charges 13 alleged spies for undermining Federal prosecution against a major Chinese company

Four individuals in New Jersey, including three PRC intelligence officers are being charged with conspiracy to act illegally as agents of a foreign government. Those actions include alleged attempts to prevent protests in the United States and targeting individuals to procure technology and equipment from the United States and have it shipped to China.
