How to get my toned muscular arms with PUSH-UPS

I was asked in a comment on @penguinsix's channel what is my daily fitness routine and how I get muscular arms - the answer is push-ups!

So I’m sharing my tips how to get set up to do a push-up and then how to execute them properly.

I started by a self challenge to do 50 a day. I could only do two good ones at a time, so I did it 25 times to get to 50 a day.

I kept increasing how many I could do at a time until I was doing 10 push-ups, 10 times a day. And then 15 at a time. I did this for 60 DAYS IN A ROW. By the end, I did two sets of 25 at the same time.

Now I do 50 push ups as part of my gym circuit training 2-3 times a week. I break them up into sets of 10 and mix them with other weight exercises.

I also explain in the video my diet and running routine because it’s a whole picture to have lean muscles.
