In celebrity real estate news, Kim Kardashian has purchased yet another property – this one located in Malibu and it also marks the most expensive home purchase in the area this year. Kim has dropped a whopping $70.4 million on the oceanfront estate, where, up until 2018 Cindy Crawford and her family used to live. Of course, Kim still lives in her beloved and uber minimalistic mansion in Hidden Hills with her four children – and also bought the fixer-upper house directly next door to it for $6.3 million. Kim Kardashian has made headlines for property purchases more than once this year, but this latest sale marks the largest one yet. The reality TV star slashed SKIMS entrepreneur dropped over $70 million on a stunning mega-mansion on the shores of Malibu. Not only is this the most expensive home sale in all of Malibu so far for 2022, but it’s also this year’s fourth-priciest in all of California. Well, we can count on a billionaire like Kim to make money moves like that. Earlier this month in September 2022, Kim also placed two of her “unused” properties on the market – a downtown Calabasas condo and a modest ranch home near her Hidden Hills estate.
