In today's new Youtube video, I talk about how I recently added another member to my healing team which I'm hoping and have a good feeling will be the last piece of the puzzle in ultimately helping to heal myself from these major life threatening health issues once and for all! I love everything that I've been doing with the help of Victor Cozzetto who has been a HUGE help and has been a huge factor in my healing journey. He is also always telling me to look for every resource available to get every competitive advantage in giving my body everything it needs to heal so since I had recently plateaued a little bit and felt I needed some tweaks to my current program, Tommy John whom I'd been speaking with every so often recommended that I speak with Dr. Cassie Huckaby to help enhance what I'm currently doing and help me level up my healing capabilities so I felt now was the right time to do so. I recently had my 1st online appointment and it went amazing. We spoke about a lot of mind body medicine as well as making every input of my life part of my healing journey, everything from the Youtube videos I make to the friends I have to the supplements/tools I use all the way to every ray of sunshine I receive. It was great to know that much of what I have been doing is in line with her recommendations, along with some minor changes such as reducing the amount of heavy pushing detoxing with binders that I've been doing for so long to give my body a break and focus on getting mega nourished as well as a few other additions and tweaks. To be clear this is not me moving away from all of the amazing stuff I've been doing with Victor...this is about enhancing my healing capabilities and updating the program to help me reach the next level. Hope you guys can take a lot away from this and implement many of these principles into your own lives!
