Stormy Wolfdog - Howling, Growling, & Growing

Stormy's howling and playing over the years, from 9 weeks (we adopted her through a rescue at 6 weeks old) to today (7+ years) and BEYOND! Sometimes her wolf-song-sessions were influenced by us by starting a sing-a-long. Others were mostly 100% Stormy wanting to serenade us.

At ~7 years old we decided to adopt a couple of 6 week old Standard Aussie pups (male & female siblings) so she could experience raising puppies. It was absolutely the most fulfilling and "right" decision we've ever made for her development into an adult wolfdog, making her even more amazing! =)

She's been a handful and a challenge since day 1, but we had the time, patience, and financial resources to make sure she was always safe and happy.

If interested in learning more about our experiences raising a lower-mid-content F2 female wolfdog (47.3% Grey Wolf), please IM me here. We're always happy to share what we've learned over the last 7+ years, but know we have a LOT to learn about these amazing animals.

Remember, Wolves are wild animals. WolfDOGS, while more open to socialization with humans, STILL have stronger ties back to their ancestors than domesticated breeds. A wolfdog of ANY content will always require more time, patience, and a more costly budget than any domestic breed.

Please research the breed before adopting or rescuing, and please, Please, PLEASE!!!! Make sure wolfdogs/wolf hybrids (whatever you wish to call them) are legal in your area. There may be one-or-more of the following: State, county, and/or CITY level laws related to the ownership or custodial possession of such animals. Having them in an illegal area can result in the animal being seized and euthanized without further process or hearings.

PLEASE DO NOT RISK ANY ANIMAL TO SATISFY YOUR EGO'S DESIRE TO OWN A NON-DOMESTICATED ANIMAL OF ANY TYPE!
