Turns counteract to the United States federal government board of transportation guidelines set by the Federal Board of Transportation. The northern Santa Fe and the other railroad companies have their safety engineers, but they need to remain centered upon our Federal Board of Transportation guidelines.
When they remained to generate the freeway from east to west coast, I do think that the civilian engineers within the central northern areas of the United States ignore maintaining transportation throughout the north of areas of the United States they do not get the experience in natural disasters as much as the East, West, and southern borders of the United States due to natural or man disasters.
