Trataka is a form of meditation also known as ‘concentrated gazing’.

It is most commonly referred to as ‘candle gazing. This meditation technique was first used to cleanse the mind of distractions and promote focused concentration, as well as strengthening the muscles of the eyes. Please come prepared with a white candle and a darkened space - free of any draft.

GUIDED MEDITATION

Tomaz will guide us down the path to relaxation with a YOGA NIDRA meditation, also known as yogic sleep or effortless deep relaxation. YOGA NIDRA brings your attention inwards, it is like surfing between the waking and transcendental state of consciousness. Your consciousness will neither be fully awake nor fully asleep. During this practice our body experiences a natural state of homeostasis or balance, where healing and repair can occur. This meditation is usually practiced lying down so find a comfortable pillow and join us live!

Tomaz Mueller is an Author, Energy Healer, Wellbeing Artist and Practitioner of Ayurvedic Medicine with more than 30 years experience in his field. He helps people to unlock their inner healing potential by supporting and inspiring them to achieve optimal wellbeing and internal freedom, through the use of ancient Ayurveda, Quantum Healing and other aspects of Vedic Science.

Tomaz has been teaching and practicing Ayurveda worldwide. He started his journey of self-discovery and personal growth in 1988 through the practice of Meditation and Ayurveda with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, a spiritual teacher and enlightened master. Over the last 3 decades he has helped thousands of people all over the world improve their health, expand their consciousness, and reduce anxiety and feelings of isolation.

Tomaz considers himself very lucky to have witnessed time and again, how people were able to move from a life of frustration, ill-health, anxiety, or unhappiness to fulfilled, meaningful, and healthy lives. 30 years of researching true health and what really makes us sick have led Tomaz to formulate methods to offer help and hope. During 2020 and 2021 a time when so many were living in fear and anxiety, Tomaz spent much of his energy diving even deeper into meditation and an emerging realm of consciousness opening to him.

Tomaz’s unique Quantum Healing Approach combines the timeless knowledge of Ayurveda and Quantum Healing with the latest state of the art technology.
