Bolivia farming hub strikes in protest of census delay

Bolivians in Arroyo Concepcion, a town in the lowland city of Santa Cruz, lit fireworks and built burning barricades, video footage from Friday night (October 21) showed, as they protested the postponement of a population and housing census, which delays access to more economic resources.
