My comment for the TV channel "Crimea 24" regarding the possible provocation of Ukraine at the Kakhovskaya HPP. I believe that Zelensky obediently executes the orders of his Western patrons and a possible strike on the dam will be the decision not of Kiev, but of Washington or London.
