LIVE: Tulsi Gabbard speaking in DC about why she left the Democrat party

Former Congresswoman and presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard was awarded by the @Independent Women's Forum just after she announced she had left the Democrat party.

Gabbard was awarded for her support for women's sports. I met her at the gala and talked about our mutual love of surfing. She said she could tell I surfed from my toned arms!

Gabbard ran for president in 2020 and was a former Member of Congress.
