Need a new goal to crush for 2023? The coaches at Alavanca have been working on this for a while and we are happy to announce the first edition of the Decide to Rise Program focusing on MMA.

This 6 month program is designed to bring you from average Joe to having the opportunity to compete in an amateur MMA event during Stampede week in July 2023.

Doesn't matter what your goals are whether they be health & fitness, weight loss, learning to defend your self and your family, or wanting to pursue your dream of being the next Connor McGregor this program is for you.
