It’s okay to not be okay. Get up

Even though I'm 20 and "all grown up," I realize it seems a little strange to write a letter to the 13-year-old version of myself.
I'm writing right now because I can still clearly recall how confused we felt when we were 13, just starting secondary school when we learned that we each had an anxiety illness.
The stress of the exams, which many O-level and A-level students are currently experiencing, made it even worse.
We finally got answers to many of our problems thanks to our diagnosis, including why we were continually depressed, why we had horrible feelings, and why we had trouble falling asleep at night.
