French Onion Soup - First Dish

French onion soup can be fussy, time-consuming and weepy.
But if you have a few hours on a rainy Saturday, you can use your time to prepare this classic and comforting gratineé.

Serves 4 people:

500 g fresh onions
100 g butter
1 tablespoon flour
1.5 l broth
2 eggs
300 g cheese with
semitenera
200 g homemade bread
2 tablespoons of parmesan
grated
salt and pepper
