Bio engineered ingredients in most Candy and cereal WTH is this?

Can someone help me out here what is bio engineered ingredients why is it poping up in everything chemical lab made shit Storm and we are worried about Fentanyl in the can't as well . Folks I think it may be time to cancel Halloween candy.
