2023 M8 - A Sneak Peak of the BMW's New Driverless Roadster

For the 2023 model year, the BMW 8 Series comes with several changes. The 8 Series coupe and convertible come with updated front fascias, new wheel designs, and new metallic paint schemes. The 850i trim gets new aerodynamic wing mirrors, a new M Sport Package Professional (only available on the coupe), and new optional badging. Inside, the 8 Series two-door modes come with a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen.

Prices start at $85,995 (with destination) and go up to $140,895. The limited edition 8 X Jeff Koons costs $350,995.

The six-cylinder engine comes standard with rear-wheel drive, and all-wheel drive is available for $2,900. Stepping up to one of the V8 engines brings standard all-wheel drive. All engines are paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission.

The 8 Series now comes with a standard 12.3-inch touchscreen. Other standard vehicle tech features include a 16-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, wireless charging pad, navigation, four USB ports, 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, head-up display, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay.
