Jackson County, Missouri, prosecutors declined to file charges against the woman who fatally shot off-duty firefighter Anthony Santi earlier in October who was wrestling with her boyfriend, Ja'Von Taylor, outside of a liquor store whilst the felon was brandishing an illegally-possessed firearm.
