Sometimes it's best to sell - Atlanta 10/2022

This pending sale in Atlanta is interesting as it shows a nice flip. My theory is that they saw what is happening in pricing and decided that they had too much risk. I'm following my Let's Say formula to look at profitability on the property. Let me know what you think!
