In historical documentary video, we’ll take a look at Pietta’s replica of the Starr double action revolver, which was produced for the Federal armed forces during the American Civil war.

I’ll go over the history of the Starr, and I’ll demonstrate the proper historical loading technique for this revolver, and I’ll shoot it in both single action mode and in double action mode.
