Ukraine Encourages Civilians to Shoot Down Russian Drones Despite Risks

A Ukrainian soldier has admitted being responsible for a Russian drone hitting a residential building as Ukrainian officials call on civilians to shoot down the projectiles with their own personal weapons instead of taking shelter.

Kiev has also released an app for citizens to help identify and alert the military to incoming drones by uploading images.
