I absolutely love Thunder and lightning storms so much ,im obsessed with them ,they dont frighten me but im fascinated, i was upstairs at the window shooting this video In Ireland we really dont get extreme weather so some may be meh thats no lightning storm but to us it was a good one ,lol right at the end of this video a huge fork lightning goes off right over the house and lets off this amazingly loud cracking sound ,at the time i got a fright because it was so loud and accidently hit the video off when i kinda half fell and jumped back from the window .Ive never heard aything so loud in my life and i was also amazed at how long low and rumbling the subsequent thunder was ,its seemed to roll for a long time post lighnting flash .In Ireland our god of thunder and lightning was name Tuireann Briccreo (he was a Tuatha Dé Danann ruler )I believe personally that the affiliation of thunder and lightning gods was a metaphor in some ways for the metalurgists forge ,Lightning -flash of sparks from hammering metal ,fire, glowing embers etc ,Thunder(Tuireann/Toireann or Thor )-the sound of metal being hammered and shaped(Daelbaeth=Fire shaper) There was definite worship of Vulcan present in Ireland in the past as him name is in many places particularily in the Cork and Kerry regions for eg Trabolgan the famous kids resort here is named so from him Bolgáns Strand/beach and i can vouch that this area is full of volcanic rock too. Vulcan was known here as Ulcáin/Úlcán/Bolcain/Bolga/Volga(like in Russia the river )Here it is said the Fir Bolg worshipped a Goddess Bolga ,i cannot find record of this goddess so far im thinking she may be Gaulish perhaps ,only a 'roman' god Bolgos but i feel she may have been one of those female pagan figures who got written out by later christianisation .Her equivalents may be Dian mú/Astrape and Bronte .there has definitely been a great female figure who ruled in the 'WEST' meaning west of europe and she was known as a 'queen of winter/North or Boir(Borea)) round these parts she was called Cailleach Beara and in Scotland Bera queen of winter shes quiye an elusive figure but the hints of her are all over the lands here .I believe this figure was related to the HyperBoreans( Huí Borea/Boir/Boireannn)Boir=the north wind aka Aquilo(Achaill-hawk) and also Boreas the son of Astraeus son of Astraeus son of Ouranos(Anú) and a Titan
