COPS MANIPULATE BODYCAM FOR TRANSPARENCY. ALWAYS FILM THE POLICE.

This is a follow up video to an interaction I had on August 28th 2022 with CONgressMAN Seth Moulton and the Salem Police at the Salem Commons. This has footage from the bodycam of Officer Malionek of the Salem PD and my footage from September 30th 2022 when I ran into Seth Moulton again. He still didn't understand what the cops told him that day and the oath he took when "serving our country" and as a CONgressMAN. Bodycams are new in Salem Police Department and as the Chief told me I "inspired them" to get them. They are already not starting, stopping too early and muting the cams to stop REAL TRANSPARENCY.
