After having such a stressful business related week, Michael's fitness seemed to have been put on hold for a brief moment. With that said, Today calls for 2 a day gym session! this basically means accomplishing 2 workouts in one day. The hope here is to keep the physical body in check and balance out the time loss to managing business related activities. This lifestyle definitely isn't easy but we still need to show up. Results#
