Reject modernity: The importance of an ideal

At the onset of WWII the great CS Lewis wrote the article called The necessity of Chivalry or The importance of an ideal,which I highly recommend.

The last few years I have noticed the notions of Lewis' article being pushed back to the front. Something which give me hope.
