The battle for Kherson will begin in the following days. The city and region administration has already begun evacuation of civilians from the city to the left bank of the Dnieper in order to remove them from harms way. The Ukrainian Army will throw everything it has onto the frontline in an attempt to break through to Kherson city directly, along with a simultaneous thrust towards the city of Berislav. There are also rumors of a potential bombing of the Novaya Kakhovka reservoir dam, which would raise the level of this part of the Dnieper and cause significant flooding.
