A hooligan hauled his mum up by her hair prior to hauling her first floor and throwing her front teeth out.

Kane Harrison, 27, of no decent location, conceded to attacking his mum, Holly Jane Elder, at her home in Walton in August this year. The court heard that Harrison, who showed up in court today through video connect, showed up at the property and began unsteadily yelling up to his mum who was sleeping.

Examiner Jamie Baxter let the court know that Harrison then, at that point, went higher up to wake her prior to pulling her by the hair and afterward hauling her ground floor. He then proceeded to kick her powerfully in the face and furthermore stepped on her neck.

Safeguarding, Mr Julian Nutter let the court know that Harrison had "no different offenses of brutality" and that the assault was a consequence of a "line with his mom". Having been in guardianship since the evening of the episode in August, Mr Nutter added that his client had encountered "the shock of the clank of the jail entryways interestingly" and that he had "shown regret" and is "frantic to manage" his liquor issues.

In a letter worked read out by Judge David Aubrey KC, Harrison's mum requested the court to "to be permissive" on her child. Somewhere else in the letter to the court she expressed that cherished him "with her entire being" and that she "believes she
is as a lot to fault" for the assault.

Hearing the case, Jude Aubrey KC, but said he "can't acknowledge and doesn't acknowledge that she was the one to fault." He added that Harrison completed a "supported assault" on his mum and the seriousness of which must be adjusted close by the request in her letter - alongside other relief, for example, Harrison experiencing tension, misery and post horrible pressure problem.

Following the blameworthy request, taking note of that there was no past savagery on his record, Judge Aubrey KC condemned Harrison to 15 months in jail.
