Pentagon confirms that the US is prepared to respond if Russia uses nuclear weapons

Pentagon Press Secretary, Brig. Gen. Patrick Ryder, shared that the potential for Russia to use nuclear weapons is keeping the US on a 24/7 watch. The Pentagon has yet to see Russia choose to use nukes, but is prepared to respond.
