What is Happening in the First Position of Treatment for an Apogeotropic HSC-BPPV

When working with patients with BPPV, probably the most confusing and at time most complex are patients with horizontal canal BPPV - Apogeotropic. The purpose of this review is to help the clinician understand the possible areas the debris may be and it's affect on the signs and symptoms of the patient. This will also help the therapist in how to treat the patient appropriately. This is part of the FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center education program in their BPPV Foundations Courses.
