How To Fix Uneven Shoulders For Beginners

If you have uneven shoulders then here’s what you need to do.

The typical way for working on uneven shoulders is to train the upper back of the side that’s lower. Now even though this is “correct”, It’s not the best method for fixing this issue.

So what is? 🤔

The answer is to self massage the tight and shortened pec minor. This may sound weird but the pec minor is what creates that depression in the shoulder by pulling on the scapula from the front of the body.

This is also why exercising isn’t the best answer because its not releasing the tighter pec minor first.

So, to work on your uneven shoulders, follow the mini workout below.

1️⃣ - Self massage the pec minor on the lower shoulder for 1-2 minutes.
2️⃣ - Stretch the pec minor on the lower shoulder for 1-2 minutes.
3️⃣ - Exercise the upper back on the lower side for 2-3 sets and 12-20 reps.
