Hasbro Star Wars L0-LA59 (Lola) Animatronic Edition Droid - Unboxing, Review, and Use

The Star Wars Obi-wan Kenobi series on Disney+ featured a new droid: LO-LA59, nicknamed LOLA. LOLA was young Princess Leia's companion throughout the show.

Hasbro released an animatronic version of this droid and this video shows its unboxing and how to play with it.
I also show how to safely take the legs/hover base off without breaking it.
It requires four (4) AA batteries which are not included.

It's a fun Star Wars toy to have, but the main reason I bought it is I do a lot of public outreach through my astronomy club to elementary & middle schools.

I like to talk about the robots we have on Mars (like Curiosity, Perseverance & the Ingenuity helicopter). I find it works well to have an animated Star Wars droid to attract the attention of kids to my table. While they're looking at the droid, I explain that this is just a "movie robot", there are real robots on Mars! Then I show them photos of the rovers and helicopter on Mars as well as models of those things.
