Southeast Wisconsin weather: Cloudy, windy, and cold Tuesday with highs in the 40s

A stray rain or snow shower is still possible this evening, but the wind and cold will be more noticeable. Winds will gust up to 40 mph and wind chills eventually dip into the 20s across all of southeast Wisconsin. Skies remain mostly cloudy overnight with lows around 30 degrees. Clouds, wind, and cool temperatures continue through Tuesday.
