At least four dead following attack on residential building in Kyiv

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky said four people had died following an attack on a residential building in Kyiv, Ukraine, on Monday, October 17.

Kyiv’s mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that search and rescue operations are ongoing, and three people had been hospitalized following the attack.

Footage posted to Twitter by Maria Avdeeva shows a damaged building and cranes surrounding the area.
