Street workout routine + strong David Goggins motivation

Lately i’ve created my own 30 day program to challenge myself. 🔥
Here is a rundown of what I had scheduled for that day.

🔆 - Run 3km
🔆 - 15 dips x4
🔆 - 10 pull-ups x4
🔆 - 15 knee raises x4
🔆 - 12 chin-ups x4
🔆 - 15 Bench V-sits x4
🔆 - 15 Leg raises x4
🔆 - 30 pushups x4
( I took all the rest I needed in between )
