Filipino no macaroni, made with Filipino style red sauce, creamy sauce and topped with quick melt cheese and is delicious and easy to make. This no bake Macaroni is made with elbow macaroni, water, spaghetti sauce, ground meat, onion, garlic, hot dogs, red bell pepper, beef broth cube, condensed milk salt and pepper. It has been topped up with butter, all purpose flour, evaporated milk, cheese and pepper to taste. This no-bake macaroni is an easier version of your favourite baked macaroni. It is easy to make and can give you layers of meaty and cheesy goodness!

INGREDIENTS
500 grams Elbow Macaroni
500 grams Spaghetti sauce
400 grams Ground meat
1 medium onion (minced)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
3 pieces hotdogs (chopped)
2 tablespoon minced red bell pepper
1 piece beef broth cube
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoon condensed milk (optional)
salt & pepper to taste

FOR BECHAMEL SAUCE
4 tablespoon butter
4 tablespoon all purpose flour
3 cups evaporated milk
1 cup quickmelt cheese
salt & pepper to taste
