In this video, I discuss the Greenpeace attack on Bitcoin which is being funded by Ripple Labs' Chris Larsen.

This campaign seeks to put pressure on Bitcoin and crypto companies and influencers to pressure Bitcoin to move from proof of work to proof of stake. Ironically, such a campaign is not really needed, since Chris Larsen and Greenpeace could easily fork Bitcoin and create their own proof of stake version of the token at any time.

Obviously these people learned nothing from the block size wars of 2016-2017. In those block size wars, large corporations and Bitcoin miners tried to pressure the plebs into running a new version of Bitcoin on their full nodes-- and failed. You can write new code, but you cannot force Bitcoiners to switch to the new code.

If you buy altcoins like XRP, you are directly helping to fund attacks on Bitcoin.

If you donate to Greenpeace, you are also helping to fund attacks on Bitcoin.

Also, Greenpeace does not seem to have a well-reasoned out approach to nuclear power.
