In this video, I discuss the social layer of crypto as a possible explanation for why there is a Bitcoin Beach, but no Ethereum Beach.

Bitcoin has the strongest social layer of any protocol. Bitcoiners are the most intelligent and self-aware group of people that I've ever come across. Bitcoiners are incredibly willing to question and demolish conventional wisdom.

Bitcoiners are focused on the family and having children: "The best way to create more Bitcoiners is to make them with your spouse."

Bitcoiners are focused on buying land and becoming self-sufficient. Bitcoin citadels is more than just a meme for Bitcoiners.

Bitcoiner are also obsessed with running their own full nodes and holding their own private keys.

Why is there no Ethereum Beach? Simply because the social layer is so weak in Ethereum and other altcoins.

So many cryptos and blockchains offer absolutely nothing to the outside world, beyond a few insiders and venture capitalists. By contrast, Bitcoin offers a global monetary network that is:

1) Open to everybody regardless of race, religion, nationality, net worth, etc
2) Censorship resistant
3) Beyond the control of central banks and governments who want to control your money and debase it in order to harvest your life energy and enslave you.
