This week is week #5 for me on Tactical Games Training‘s Speed & Agility program!
It is still early in the game but already I’m already seeing gains in my lifts and conditioning.
And to be completely straight, I’m just happy to be on a program that aligns with my goals. When I have to decide what to do it is easy for me to get stuck in a squat/bench/deadlift loop and not make any progress.
My focus is faster, more explosive movements for practical shooting and TTG has a professional trainer writing programming focused on that. All I have to do is get to the gym, do what’s on the app and they take care of the rest.
Marksmanship, Speed, Weapons transitions. You have to be good in all 3 to finish where you want. If you want to improve your speed and movement, I highly recommend the Speed & Agility program from the Tactical Games.
