Hello, my name is Olga Jonay and I’m a health researcher I’m passionate about everything that has to do with Well- Being, physical and psychological health, spirituality. I’m constantly learning , all knowledge is important I think, the wider associative field of knowledge - more power to you.
My Mom was the main reason I became interested in Health and lifestyle choices, she passed away last year. She had Alzheimer’s for quite some time and she got worse when I wasn’t around, me and my family left Los Angeles and lived in Albania for 5 years, and I could HEAR her over the phone, she was loosing her speech and regressing. So I started diving deep ,researching how to help her, looking for protocols. From Dr David Perlmutter to Dale Bredesen , Beta-amyloid plaque and BDNF Brain-derived neutrophic factor. The more I learned the more I realized what a fool I was, that I didn’t know ENOUGH I even started to listen to Jim Kwik brain coach how to learn faster so I can digest more info. With this misfortune I discovered where my interests lie, and that’s how I became a SEEKER , being a believer didn’t suit me anymore, believing and relying on doctors. Doctors do NOT talk about nutrition and power of exercise and sleep, they just prescribe drugs that are ineffective. We are automatically HEALTHY BY DESIGN and sick only BY FAULT. People don’t catch disease, People EARN it. Body responds back to an assault. Most of the people don’t even realize that their life style choices can be their down fall, can influence the expression of DNA, epigenetics.
I think nutritional balance and make Energy in mitochondria is important. Our food has to be full of minerals and vitamin complexes, they help us to make energy. We lose a lot of minerals during STRESS, especially Magnesium, weather it’s emotional stress or chemical-oxidative stress or physical stress . We need to restore our minerals through diet, so we are sufficient not deficient, and diets should be personalized. Supplement is a complement to a meal not a substitute to it. Include organ meats in diet, beef liver, cod liver oil, full of retinol and copper. Our ancestors ate organ meats and gave muscle meats to the dogs, now is opposite. Meats have to be grass-fed, the energetic expression of the animal will be optimal, not corn-fed or grain-fed.
Stop eating all the time, do intermittent fasting, because body is constantly preparing for winter that never comes (time of caloric scarcity). Eat food is season. Microbiome is changing, from always available fruit (fructose), it paves the way for insulin resistance, fruit ripens late summer, early winter.
I think RETINOL Is super important and not a lot of people are taking about it. Copper is important, it has to be bioavailable. How we handle Oxygen molecule is Important, bioavailable Copper regulates both Oxygen and Iron, two reactive metals that make RUST or oxidative stress. Body is run in relationship, everything has pairs, everything linked up, no nutrient works in isolation. All nutrients have to be in balance,they don’t have to be equal but have to be in balance. And if we start taking a lot of foods out and megadose on single vitamin or hormones we are going to throw our bodys natural processes off and make it deficient in other things.
