Now you have diabetes but it is still possible to live a normal healthy life because now you have to be healthy. You need to be healthy for too many people. You need to be healthy for yourself. Your health and lifestyle will benefit greatly as you watch what you eat.

- Quinoa
- Broccoli
- Nuts
- Lean meat
- Tofu
- Tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Legumes
- Garlic
I realized that eating proper food is not easy whether it be taste, preparation, or eating habits. Unfortunately, for Type 2 diabetics it is not a choice. Proper eating is a lifestyle change as much as doing regular exercise. It will be hard to change old habits but as you make new habits of eating well, exercising, and getting proper sleep, the benefits are yours.
Feel free to watch my other videos about sleep and exercise. To me healthy means better life with loved ones, a more active life, and less stress. Healthy means confidence. Healthy means confidence! Be healthy!
